职位描述

任职资格

  •  Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field. 
  •  Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, inventory control, or related functions. 
  •  Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  •  Responsible and able to work independently. 
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 

岗位职责

  • Monitor and control all motorcycle stock in the showroom (all branches). 
  • Record and update daily motorcycle stock movement (stock-in and stock-out). 
  • Prepare and update inventory reports for management. 
  • Conduct weekly and monthly motorcycle stock counts and audits. 
  • Investigate and report motorcycle stock discrepancies and shortages.
  • Arrange and monitor motorcycle deliveries to customers and branches. 
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations.
