What We Are Looking For (12 months renewable contract role)

Our client is looking a hands-on and security-minded IT Analyst to join an Enterprise Information Security team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in security operations, endpoint security, internet security, vulnerability management, and IT service management. You will support enterprise security requests, strengthen technical controls, and contribute to automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

The Mission

• Security Operations: Manage high-volume enterprise security requests, including policy exceptions, whitelisting, access-related reviews, and operational security support.

• Technical Defence: Support endpoint security, internet security, email security, data protection, vulnerability management, and enterprise application security across corporate environments.

• Automation & Efficiency: Use scripting, workflow automation, and GenAI tools to improve security operations and reduce repetitive manual tasks.

• Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve security-related issues, support change requests, and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Security Operations:

Manage day-to-day security service requests, incidents, exceptions, whitelisting, and policy tuning while ensuring timely resolution and compliance with security requirements.

• Endpoint & Vulnerability Management:

Support endpoint security hardening and vulnerability management across macOS, Windows, and mobile environments using enterprise security tools.

• Security Tools Administration:

Work with tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon / Spotlight, ZScaler ZIA / ZPA, email security gateways, JAMF, and VMware Workspace ONE to support corporate security operations.

• Internet & Application Security Support:

Assist in strengthening internet security, corporate data loss prevention, email security, shadow IT governance, and enterprise application security controls.

• IT Service Management:

Manage security-related incidents, service requests, and change management processes in a structured and timely manner.

• Automation & Scripting:

Develop or support scripts and automated workflows using tools such as Python, Bash, Apps Script, or GenAI-enabled platforms to improve operational efficiency.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, align on security requirements, and support end-to-end resolution of operational and technical security matters.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Information Security, Security Operations, IT Security, Endpoint Security, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon, CrowdStrike Spotlight, ZScaler ZIA / ZPA, email security gateways, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Unified Endpoint Management platforms such as JAMF for macOS and VMware Workspace ONE for Windows / mobile environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerability management, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, CIS Benchmarks, endpoint hardening, internet security, and risk controls.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, change requests, and multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Experience using scripting, automation, GenAI tools, Cursor, Claude Code, Python, Bash, Apps Script, or leading end-to-end security improvement projects will be an added advantage.
