We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to assist with daily operations, coordination, and administrative tasks within the team.

The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, with a focus on coordination, data accuracy, and maintaining the quality of operational records and processes.

A) Office Management

• Conduct daily floor walkthroughs to ensure office readiness, including lighting, pantry supplies, and meeting room setup
• Track and log facility-related issues, with escalation as required
• Monitor pantry inventory and maintain an updated replenishment list
• Coordinate routine vendor visits (e.g. pantry services, cleaning, maintenance) and maintain service records

B) Operations

• Support document management, including filing, digital archiving, and database updates
• Assist in preparing reports and meeting minutes for internal operations discussions
• Provide support for employee engagement initiatives, including survey coordination and event logistics
• Assist in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) activities, including data collection and reporting (e.g. HIRARC)
• Provide ad hoc support to the Operations team as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and interact effectively with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of administrative processes, operations, or HR practices is an advantage
