Job Responsibilities

• To ensure the incoming QC sampling, testing and releases of raw and packaging material are performed in a timely manner.
• To ensure in-process bulk sampling and testing are performed in a timely manner.
• To ensure all production in-process quality control and its processes are carried according to standard operating procedures set by Management and GMP.
• To perform microbiological testing, which includes but not limited to Microbial Limit Testing, Environmental Monitoring, Growth promotion, Media preparation, Antimicrobial Efficacy Testing, and etc.
• To ensure product stability is performed in accordance with the procedure and requirements.
• To ensure retained samples are kept and monitored from time- to- time, which includes bulk, finish goods, raw material and packaging material
• To support validation activities as and when required.
• To support any Plant initiatives where QC support is required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a science field such as Chemistry, Microbiology, or Quality Assurance
• 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or testing role, preferably within the manufacturing or cosmetics industry
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to interpret test results accurately
• Proficient in using quality control equipment and instruments
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with quality management systems and industry regulations
