The Role
The Fleet Admin is responsible for overseeing fleet documentation, maintaining accurate vehicle records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements, and providing administrative support for vehicle renewals and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and well-organized vehicle documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Update and manage fleet records to support vehicle tracking, operational planning, and service scheduling.
• Oversee the timely renewal of vehicle-related requirements, including Road Tax, PUSPAKOM inspections, and insurance coverage.
• Prepare, verify, and issue vehicle-related documents promptly while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate monthly forecasts for vehicle policy renewals and track renewal notices with the operations team
• Communicate and coordinate with government agencies and external stakeholders (e.g., PDRM, insurance companies, and relevant authorities) to address and resolve vehicle-related matters efficiently.

Preferred Experience / Advantageous Skills

• Audit processes with customers, local authorities, or customs
• Experience with Subsidized Diesel Control Scheme (SKDS), APAD, or JPJ online portals
• Eager and dedicated fresh graduates are welcome to apply
