We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Executive/Junior Executive to support and coordinate daily production operations. The successful candidate will ensure production activities are carried out efficiently, inventory records remain accurate, and customer orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure production schedules are achieved and customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Prepare, review, update, and maintain production-related records and documentation accurately.
• Support manufacturing operations, including ERP system implementation, maintenance, and data accuracy.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper material segregation in accordance with company procedures.
• Verify product label and sticker information before products are released to the packing process.
• Prepare and update daily production reports, progress reports, and production status records.
• Manage production documentation, including:
• Production Job Orders
• Customer Purchase Orders
• Production Costing
• Bill of Materials (BOM) and Item Master maintenance
• Material Requisition Forms
• Sales Orders
• Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
• Delivery Orders (DO) and Sales Invoices
• Product Relabelling Records
• Stock Adjustment Records
• SST Stock Segregation Records
• Perform random verification of actual quantities against Job Order Packaging Forms to ensure production accuracy.
• Update finished goods status in the ERP system on a daily basis.
• Assist in preparing weekly production plans and support weekly stock reconciliation activities.
• Conduct monthly stock takes (physical and system) and prepare monthly production reports.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
