About the Role

You'll be the go-to person coordinating sea freight import/export shipments. Talking to customers, shipping lines, and internal teams to make sure bookings, documents, and deliveries run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Bookings & Coordination

• Handle enquiries and bookings from customers and partners
• Register shipments in our system
• Keep relevant parties updated throughout the shipment journey

Documentation

• Check shipping documents are complete and correct
• Make sure special cargo has the right paperwork and approvals
• Upload documents to our systems on time

Problem-Solving & Communication

• Follow up proactively on emails and pending items
• Flag any shipment issues
• Help resolve billing disputes or queries

Reporting & Invoicing

• Prepare shipment reports for customers
• Send invoices and supporting documents
• Double-check shipment costs and invoices are accurate
• Support claims processes for any damaged or missing cargo

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sea freight or freight forwarding is a plus
