  • Willing to travel when required
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in proposal writing, research or project coordination
  • Experience organising events or educational programmes
  • Additional Asian language skills are an advantage

Glyph+ is a Singapore-based programme company that designs and delivers education, CSR and community programmes. We work with schools, government agencies, companies and non-profit organisations to plan and run meaningful learning experiences across Singapore and the region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Programme Executive to support programme development, partnership outreach and project delivery. This is a varied role. Depending on business needs, you may be involved in proposal writing, researching new opportunities, planning programmes, coordinating events, and supporting programme delivery in Singapore or overseas. Most work is done remotely, although travel may be required for meetings, programme implementation and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write proposals, presentations and programme documents
  • Research schools, organisations and potential partners across Asia
  • Conduct outreach and build relationships with education, corporate and community partners
  • Assist in planning workshops, events and educational programmes
  • Coordinate programme logistics and administrative work
  • Support programme delivery in Singapore and overseas when required
  • Carry out other operational projects assigned by the company
