-Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and electrical equipment in restaurants.

-Carry out dismantling, installation, and adjustment work for all technical equipment including HVAC and electrical systems.

-Quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair equipment faults to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.

-Conduct preventive maintenance, daily maintenance tasks, and scheduled inspections as required.

-Monitor equipment operating conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.

-Work closely with the maintenance supervisor in executing maintenance schedules and assigned tasks.

-Maintain tools and assist in basic spare parts handling when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Background in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, or other related technical fields.

*Experience in maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.

*Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and technical repair principles.

*Solid hands-on skills with strong problem-solving abilities.

*Able to use various maintenance tools and equipment effectively.

*Good communication and teamwork skills.

*Able to work in a high-intensity environment with flexible working hours.

*Possess valid GDL & PW4 licenses and willing to work across multiple locations.

Experience:
