Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Scope : Project Tendering / Claim / Built-Up Costing
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in cost estimation and budget control
• Coordinate with project team on cost-related matters

Requirements

• Age: 30 – 36 years old
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering / related field
• Minimum 2–5 years working experience
• Familiar with tendering, claims, and costing processes
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in M&E / Electrical works is an added advantage

Working Days:
Monday - Saturday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
