Role Description This full-time, on-site Finance Manager role is based in Shah Alam. The Finance Manager oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to support project and corporate decision-making. The role manages accounting processes, ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, and coordinates audits and tax-related matters. The Finance Manager works closely with project teams and leadership to analyze project costs, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation. The role also involves developing and improving financial policies, internal controls, and systems to support sustainable growth in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Candidates should possess expertise in accounting practices, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in cost analysis, project finance, and performance monitoring for engineering and construction projects.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using financial and ERP software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Candidates should possess abilities in developing and enforcing internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) would be beneficial.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or renewable energy industries and familiarity with Malaysian financial regulations would be an advantage.
