Job Description

MK Containers Global Sdn Bhd, based in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor, is seeking a dependable and experienced Site Assistant Supervisor to support our expanding operations. We specialize in the trading, fabrication, and rental of containers and cabins. This role plays a key part in managing daily yard and project site activities, supervising workers, and ensuring operations are carried out efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations at the yard and project sites, including task assignment, progress tracking, and enforcement of safety procedures
• Manage and monitor yard assets such as containers and cabins, ensuring accurate inventory records and optimal utilization
• Oversee loading and unloading activities to ensure safe handling and prevent damage to company assets
• Coordinate closely with production and fabrication teams to plan workloads and ensure projects are completed according to schedule
• Carry out regular yard and site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve employee performance and productivity
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers across departments to enhance workflow and maximize resource efficiency
• Monitor daily operations and prepare reports on productivity levels, inventory status, and compliance with safety standards
• Assist in implementing new procedures and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Promote a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work environment that supports teamwork and staff morale

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
