Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)

Salary : RM 2,600 – RM 3,500

Location : PJ Trade Centre, Damansara Perdana

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) **Follow Singapore's working calendar

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of systems, networks, and end-user devices. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents through remote and on-site support.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, backups, and IT infrastructure.
• Perform system updates, patch management, and routine maintenance activities.
• Install, configure, and support PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Record, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support security compliance requirements.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant IT support experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and support a fast-paced IT environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
