Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer inquiries, service requests and complaints via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Coordinate service appointments, preventive maintenance schedules and customer visits with the Service Team.
• Support service engineers by coordinating job assignments, follow-ups and service status updates.
• Assist in processing service-related orders, spare parts requests and documentation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and Service teams to ensure timely service support.
• Maintain accurate service records, customer information, reports and documentation.
• Assist in preparing service reports and tracking outstanding service cases.
• Ensure all service activities and documentation comply with company procedures and quality requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering Administration or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or related industries.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, technical service or engineering environment will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
