Key Responsibilities

• Conduct motorcycle testing according to company test plans and procedures.
• Test motorcycles under various road and weather conditions (urban roads, highways, wet and dry surfaces).
• Evaluate engine performance, braking system, suspension, handling, stability, and riding comfort.
• Perform durability and mileage testing as required.
• Identify, record, and report technical issues or abnormalities during testing.
• Prepare clear and accurate test reports, feedback, and recommendations.
• Maintain proper test logs, mileage records, and inspection reports.
• Work closely with the Technical, R&D, and Quality teams to support product improvement.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Take proper care of company motorcycles, tools, and testing equipment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field (experience may be considered).
• Valid Malaysian motorcycle riding license (Class A or A2).
• Strong riding skills with experience in handling different motorcycle models and engine capacities.
• Basic technical knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and components.
• Ability to detect and describe mechanical or performance issues accurately.
• Good communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
