We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for managing software projects, coordinating with clients and development teams, and preparing project documentation.

You will work closely with business analysts, developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software development projects.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare project documentation including User Requirement Specifications (URS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), meeting minutes, and project reports.
• Create process flowcharts, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and functional documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items with internal teams and clients.
• Track project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams during development, testing, and deployment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and issue tracking.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or software development projects is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Able to prepare URS, SRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
