Job Summary

This role is responsible to support Ecom function, to drive online sales growth and expand digital revenue channels. Responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, executing promotional strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing the overall customer journey across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating and increasing day to day revenues/sales through different online mediums.
• Work on online promotions and social media strategies. Ensuring that the content and info on the platform are accurate and updated. E.g. the availability of products.
• Build and maintain all promotional tools and campaign promo codes, GWP, product bundling, online campaigns, etc across all platforms in detail and work independently.
• Work closely with Marketing, Warehouse and Supply Chain team to ensure a smooth operation of online store, including order fulfillment, logistic arrangement, inventory update and product listing.
• Search, recommend for new online sales channels.
• Contribute towards sales escalation through different and unique strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and identify new media opportunities in line with business and client considerations.
• Responsible for optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of web content display.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Familiar with campaign mechanics (bundling, GWP, flash sales, promo codes)
• Detail-oriented in pricing updates, stock accuracy, and product listings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Good team player with strong coordination skills.
