Goals Achievements:

• Prepare Taking Off/Measurement.
• Prepare & compile all necessary supporting documents for Claim / Final Acc submission.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Claim (Project handle not more than 20 nos).
• Assist to follow-up Interim Payment Certificate with Main Contractor/Client.
• Assist Contract Admin for preparation of documents for submission (Photocopy, Colouring & etc). - Whenever necessary
• Prepare necessary reports* to submit to QS.
• Liaise closely and adhere to the direct Superior/Line of Reporting Superiors.
• Assist QS/Sr. QS/ACM/CM for any other tasks.
• Prepare and update master work done demarcation adhere to the progress claim

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (construction, civil and structural engineering).
• 1 year of exposure and working experience as Assistant Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
• General interest in waterproofing specialization.
• Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
