Responsibilities
1. Learning Framework
- Develop and refine the institutional Learning Framework for ODL programmes, ensuring that all courses align with Innovative University College’s programme learning outcomes (PLOs) and MQA Guidelines for Open and Distance Learning.
- Establish clear learning design principles and delivery guidelines for ODL courses, while continuously overseeing and ensuring consistent implementation of the framework across all faculties.

2. Collaboration & Content Development
- Collaborate with academic staff to design and develop ODL-appropriate learning materials and interactive learning activities that is engaging.
- Recommend and support the adoption of appropriate digital tools, platforms, and instructional strategies.
- Provide guidance on digital tools and LMS usage, offering support to both academic staff and students.
- Conduct training and workshops for academic staff and students on LMS usage, SIM development, and best practices in online teaching and learning.

3. Administrative Support
- Support the Director, Centre for Digital & Flexible Learning, in managing administrative processes and daily operations.
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by the Director in support of departmental goals.

Required Skills:

- Fresh graduates with strong interest in digital learning, education technology, instructional design, and educational technologies are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
- Ability to learn new tools and Moodle Learning Management System quickly and adapt to a changing environment. Experience in using LMS and other educational tools and system is added value.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or curriculum design within higher education or corporate training environments
- Proven experience in designing and developing online, blended, or hybrid learning programmes, preferably using LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle or equivalent)
- Experience in applying instructional design models and frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, constructive alignment, or similar) to develop structured and outcome-based learning materials
- Demonstrated experience in developing course content such as SIM, lesson plans, assessments, and interactive learning materials aligned with programme learning outcomes.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar) and multimedia integration for enhanced learner engagement

Education and Certifications:

- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in E-Learning Technologies/ Multimedia / Information Technology / Computer Science/Instructional Design with at least six (6) month of experience in higher education. Candidates with a diploma and at least two (1) years of relevant experience will be considered.

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
