• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP system.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments (e.g., delivery notes, GRNs, invoices).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and laborers as needed.
• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse KPIs.
• Resolve issues related to damaged goods, order discrepancies, or delivery delays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
