Work Location:

• 1 position at Logistic Admin Officer based at Highpoint Service Network (Subang Jaya)

Job Responsibilities:

Handling of multiple principles for parts fulfillment and each principle’s have their own system which is the in charge must know how to operate the system.

Incoming and outgoing receiving monitoring. The documentation and arrangement will be done by the person in charge of this position.

Must follow the SOP & Compliance:

a) Issuing PO for purchase parts

b) consign parts (Principle) receiving and outgoing control and documentation

c) Invoice documentation submission to Finance Department including E-Invoice

Shipment Tracking & Customs Liaison

a) Handling documentation for custom clearance

b) Knowledgeable about HS code

c) Familiar with Custom processing and clearance and know about import and export.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration, supply chain, or field service support
• Fresh graduate also encourage to apply but must able to show that you are the right candidate for this position attitudeProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and hands-on experience with inventory or ERP systems
• Fast learner and must be independent
