Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or related field
• Atleast 1 year of experience in project management, coordination or supervision (Construction, Renovation, Interior Design and M&E )
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to understand and follow instructions, prioritize, and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel (if required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise project execution from start to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, reports, and documentation
• Ensure work is completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve on-site issues when necessary
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies

Added Advantage:

• Experience in interior fit-out, interior design, or related industry
• Familiar with site coordination and subcontractor management
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or project planning software
