Job Description:

• Attend, supervise and coordinate site activities. Liaise with sub-contractor and clerk of work.
• Report site activities, site progress and other site matters to the superior and management.
• Solve site issues and ensure smooth operations at project sites.
• Coordinate with other trades involved in the project (electricians, plumbers, concrete workers).
• Ensure projects meet the stipulated quality requirements and compliance safety, health and environment requirements.
• Ensure facilities and equipment at the project site are at optimum availability and satisfactory functional at all times.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates should possess at least a SPM or Professional Certificate or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in supervising and coordinating site activities in the construction industry.
• Candidates with prior or current experience in infrastructure/earthwork are highly preferred.
• SPM leavers are welcomed to apply!
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to relocate if needed.
