You will work closely with experienced leaders, contribute to business growth and further develop your communication, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete business process, from prospecting and client engagement to closing and client servicing.
• Support business growth strategies and contribute towards individual and team goals.
• Participate in business planning, team meetings and performance reviews.
• Assist in organizing training programmes, meetings and company events.
• Analyse business performance and support data-driven planning and decision-making.
• Develop leadership and team management skills through coaching and mentorship.
• Support and guide team members when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, business development or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Positive attitude with an interest in career growth and leadership development.
• Willing to learn and take on greater responsibilities.
• Able to commute or relocate to Meru, Ipoh.
