Job Requirements – Process Engineer Trainee

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to learn and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Able to commit to the internship/training period as required by the company.

As a Process Engineer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure in the following areas:

• Assist in process improvement and optimization activities.
• Support production and engineering teams in daily operations.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues.
• Assist in preparing process documentation, reports, and work instructions.
• Learn and apply quality, safety, and continuous improvement practices within the manufacturing environment.
