• Strong in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal + written)

What You Will Learn and Do:

• Help plan, execute, maintain and support digital initiatives that improve operational efficiency and modernise day-to-day business operations.
• Exposure and hands-on role in groupware digital transformation initiative,, cloud applications and automation tools upgrade across the Group.
• Assist with IT support activities including onboarding setup, troubleshooting, system maintenance, offboarding handover, and basic technology support
• Support events and projects that require technology and IT support.
