• Welcome and assist clients upon arrival.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and confirmations.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media enquiries, and walk-in customers.
• Coordinate client schedules with stylists and technicians.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment history.
• Promote salon services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
• Monitor retail product displays and stock levels.
• Support daily salon operations and administrative tasks as required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
