Join Swift Group as Our Business Development Manager!

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities in cold chain, warehousing, transportation, and Halal food logistics.
• Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions.
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve ambitious business goals.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Proven success in developing new business and managing key accounts.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Experience in cold chain logistics, warehousing, transportation, FMCG, food logistics, or Halal supply chain is highly preferred.
