Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Prepare employment contracts and related documentation.
Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure proper filing of personnel documents and confidential information.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and probation reviews.
Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Assist in handling disciplinary matters and grievance procedures.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and management updates as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
