• Acquires and understands the Project goals from Contract, specific documentation and the kick-off meeting.

• Ensures the achievement of assigned goals and the fulfillment of the project quality requirements and the contractual obligations.
• Perform in identifying, evaluating, and recommending solutions to Architectural design and layout issues.
• Review and perform design requirement and code compliance and compatibility.
• Review and make recommendations on material selection, including product type, size, thermal efficiency, energy efficiency, and cost.
• Develop/Review of construction material / shop drawing / MoS.
• Shop drawing coordination with sub-con/vendor & other trades.
• Montor and manage the site progress against budget and forecast schedule on daily basis
• Ensure the installation work EHS and QA/QC standards of works by trade cons are met
• Conduct site inspection to ensure the work been made aligned with design.
• Communicate in between team members, vendors, subcontractors and client to ensure effective working process as Site Engineer/Engineer Manager.
• Lead or Support testing and commissioning.
• Complete the project on time within the budget purpose.
• Support the Project team in achieving the goals and targets for the Architectural groups at the site.
• Estimate, assign, and schedule resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools needed for all Architectural Related works before execution.
• Plan and analyse construction methodologies and recommend the best options to the Architectural Manager for approval prior to execution.
• Reports to the Project staff and to the Client whenever required.
• Ensures follow-up activities.
• Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team (As build DWG)
• Required to learn and adopt working in Cloud, Design Collaboration and Model coordination and QA/QC own work.
• AutoCAD & Revit experience with Cloud Work-sharing (ACC) is desirable.
• Depending on project need, this position may be located On-Site or Off-Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.
• Any other duties assigned by Project Director or higher

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Project Management related field
• Effectively communicate and work as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and collaborating with team members and managers on assigned tasks
• Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
• Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
