Job Description

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns.
• Appear in videos when required and collaborate with team members, livestream hosts, and creators to produce engaging content.
• Brainstorm creative concepts using social media trends, customer insights, and AI-assisted ideation tools.
• Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and basic motion content using CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, AI tools, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the Senior position.
• Basic skills in video shooting and editing using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools is highly preferred.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about storytelling and digital content.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates are encouraged to submit a portfolio or social media accounts showcasing their creative work.
• Passion for the F&B, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry.
