ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan and carry out labour efficiency job sheet daily / time summary.

2. Liaise with Department personnel on fabrication or any other works related.

3. Attend shop QRQC meeting / OK VES viewing / OFF VES viewing.

4. Design, develop and test on jigs & tools.

5. Follow up on job progress of TC from time to time.

6. Attend new model introduction & daily review meeting.

7. Carry out KAIZEN / POKA YOKE / 5S' activities in workplace.

8. Arrange and prepare Overtime Notifications and Claim Forms.

9. Involve in counselling on disciplinary of TC.

10. To comply with environmental requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCES:

1. Possess at least a recognized Post Graduate Diploma, Certification Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Manufacturing), Engineering (Tool & Die) Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Automotive) and Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical), SPM or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year (s) of working experiences with hands on working experiences in the related field.

3. Have experiences working in Automotive Factory (Body shop, Paint Shop, or Assembly Shop) – either one.

4. Good knowledge in jig / fixture and fabrication process.

5. Ability to work effectively with all levels must be proactive and resourceful.

6. Good Knowledge in Microsoft office tools, AUTOCAD.

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
