Customer Service Executive (Work From Home)

We're looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. If you have experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA), understand dental treatment procedures, and enjoy communicating with patients, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time Work From Home (WFH) position where you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, assisting them with enquiries, appointments, and providing an excellent customer experience across our digital platforms. While this is primarily a WFH role, you will be required to attend the office occasionally for team meetings, training sessions, or other work-related discussions when needed.

Requirements

• Age: 25 - 30
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA)
• Good understanding of dental treatment procedures
• Good English communication skills
• Soft-spoken and pleasant voice

Offer

• Salary: RM1,800
• Location: Work From Home (WFH)
• 6 working days per week

Responsibilities

• Reply to enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and CRM
• Follow up with patients regarding their enquiries and appointments
• Liaise with clinic branches to schedule patient appointments

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
