Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who understands internet culture and creates scroll-stopping social content. This is a hands-on role combining creative thinking and execution across reels, statics, motion, and AI-assisted workflows.

A core part of this role involves working with AI-generated visuals, refining, retouching, compositing, and transforming raw AI outputs into polished, brand-ready creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social content across reels, statics, carousels, and motion
• Develop creative ideas, visual directions, and campaign concepts
• Design content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Retouch, manipulate, composite, and refine AI-generated visuals into high-quality final assets
• Experiment with AI creative tools for visual exploration, image generation, and rapid prototyping
• Assist in storyboarding, creative planning and content development
• Execute visual edits, content adaptations, and post-production enhancements
• Stay updated on social trends, and emerging AI creative workflows

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing social-native content
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
• 1-3 years of experience in creative, content, or social-led environments
• Interest in automotive brands
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent ad hoc requests
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Familiar with AI creative tools models such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms
• Well-versed with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, or similar tools
• Basic motion/video editing skills are an advantage
• Diploma/Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
