Job Overview

Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for engaging content and live broadcasting? We are looking for a talented LIVE Host to join our team and help drive the success of our e-commerce platforms. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our live streaming initiatives, bringing energy, charisma, and creativity to every broadcast while creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Host LIVE streaming sessions across marketplace and social media platforms to showcase products and engage with customers in an interactive and entertaining manner.
• Present product features, demonstrate product usage, and communicate key selling points to drive customer interest and sales.
• Create engaging and creative content to promote products and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the Marketing teams to plan and execute LIVE campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Monitor product inventory, promotions, and sales trends to recommend suitable products during LIVE sessions.
• Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally throughout LIVE broadcasts.
• Review and evaluate LIVE session performance regularly and implement improvements to enhance engagement and sales results.

Qualifications

• Able to confidently present product features, demonstrate product usage, share product reviews or personal experiences, and actively engage with audiences during LIVE sessions.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia with a good command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and sales skills.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable using LIVE streaming tools and basic broadcasting equipment.
• Willing to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or live selling is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
