Job Description

• Analyze user requirements and recommend system solutions.
• Configure, test, implement, and maintain healthcare applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
• Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve workflows.
• Liaise with software vendors regarding system issues and enhancements.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Train users on application functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Healthcare Informatics or Health Information Management qualifications are an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in application support, system implementation, or healthcare IT.
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR, LIS, systems is preferred.
• Experience in project implementation and user training is an added advantage.
