Job Description & Details

Position: Human Resources Assistant (Internship)
Allowance: RM500
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: No. 14-01, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

1) Assist the recruitment team in handling the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
2) Support recruiters in identifying suitable candidates based on client requirements and job specifications.
3) Assist in posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and monitoring candidate applications.
4) Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment records, and applicant information accurately.
5) Assist in conducting initial candidate screening and arranging interview sessions with clients and candidates.
6) Support recruitment consultants in preparing candidate profiles, reports, and recruitment updates.
7) Learn and understand recruitment processes, client requirements, and talent sourcing strategies.
8) Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports, tracking candidate progress and recruitment activities.
9) Participate in team discussions, training sessions, and recruitment improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Open to students pursuing studies in Human Resource Management or related fields
2) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3) Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5) Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and HR operations
