• Responsible for managing installation and commissioning works.
• Refer to work orders for job details; future job information may be obtained from the Assistant Project Engineer and Application Engineer.
• Plan and obtain site details and installation schedules from customers.
• Coordinate with the Head of Department (HOD) and Business Development Division on project schedules and activities.
• Obtain site access approval from customers and project site supervisors when required.
• Monitor work progress and ensure signed job completion returns upon completion of site work.
• Follow up on customer certification for completed works or any related documents required for invoicing purposes, where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained in relation to service and project works.
• Assist in resolving technical complaints or issues at site.
• Submit weekly activity and work progress reports to the HOD.
• Monitor technician performance, work quality, and productivity.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and coaching on work execution.
• Ensure technicians are competent to perform assigned work.
• Prepare project department training plans.
• Ensure relevant training is provided to all technicians and that training effectiveness is measured through work competency.
• Assess competency based on work quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Ensure awareness and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) hazards and requirements.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
