Job Description:

a) Responsible for direct and indirect materials purchase in manufacturing concerned by negotiable price, terms and delivery schedule.

b) Responsible to monitor the delivery of the material closely. Liaise closely with production department on status of raw materials to ensure smooth production

c) Ensure the quality of purchase of goods and procurement of services meet the internal pre-set standard for direct and indirect materials.

d) Involving with Company Audit program such as internal audit and Supplier Audit Program.

e) Undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.

f) Manage stock level and distribute supplies from stock.

g) Maintain stock records using manual or computerized system.

h) Responsible to issue Job Order/MO in daily basis to ensure material complete picking for production.

i) Assist checking BMR/ MO and ensuring data correct in system.

j) Any other responsibility that management may assign from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good Initiative. Highly motivated & resourceful. Aggressive with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and possess high degree of integrity.
• Able to work independently and proactively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
