Key Responsibilities – Process Engineer

• Lead process improvement and productivity enhancement projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct process validation, process capability studies, and manufacturing process optimization.
• Perform standard time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis to maximize operational efficiency.
• Analyze and optimize production capacity, resource utilization, and manufacturing performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement manufacturing cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.
• Support automation feasibility studies, process optimization, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Design, develop, and improve production jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing processes.
• Support machine commissioning, start-up, equipment qualification, and production trials.
• Monitor project progress, productivity improvements, and cost savings to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, work instructions, and project improvement records.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure process stability, product quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO requirements, safety standards, and customer specifications.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related quality issues.
• Perform any other engineering-related duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
