Purpose of the Role

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and overall operational excellence. The role will support Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and digitalization initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, OEE, waste reduction, and cost savings.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and process optimization activities.
• Support implementation and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, SMED, and TPM.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and improvement trackers.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to drive performance improvements.
• Support CAPA implementation and verification of effectiveness.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Participate in audits and drive compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report project benefits, including cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–10 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical device, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
