Role Description The IT & AI Trainer is a contract, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating training programs on information technology fundamentals, AI-related tools, and internal systems for diverse learner groups. The trainer will conduct classroom and lab-based sessions, develop e-learning modules and training materials, and provide hands-on guidance to participants using Windows and other relevant platforms. Day-to-day activities include assessing training needs, preparing structured lesson plans, conducting evaluations and assessments, and offering post-training support and coaching. The IT & AI Trainer will collaborate with technical and HR teams to align training content with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with AI concepts and practical use of Windows environments.
• Candidates should possess Training and Teaching skills to design and deliver engaging instructor-led sessions and workshops.
• Candidates should possess E-Learning skills to create digital learning content, modules, and assessments.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language.
• Candidates should possess experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or corporate training, preferably within technology-focused organizations.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documenting processes and training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with AI platforms, productivity tools, and learning management systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.
