We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead full-spectrum HR operations for a team of approximately 100 headcount. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist with solid experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER), capable of managing end-to-end HR functions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll processing, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
• Handle monthly payroll, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
• Lead Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary issues, and maintaining harmonious workplace culture.
• Manage HRDF claims and training requirements to support employee development.
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment activities from executive to managerial levels.
• Manage performance appraisal systems, career development, and succession planning.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
• Handle other ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of full-spectrum HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience managing HR for 80–150 headcount.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER).
• Experience in payroll administration and statutory compliance is essential.
• Familiarity with HRDF training and claims process.
• Previous working experience in Manufacturing, Automotive (Motor), or Retail industry will be a strong advantage.
• Proficient in HRIS / Payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (speak, write and read)
