We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are organised, responsible, and passionate about ensuring projects run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Position

Site Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project progress.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company procedures. Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates.
• Identify and report project issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager.
• Assist in project handover and defect rectification.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and site records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
