Job Description

• Supervise daily site operations for spa, wellness, commercial, retail, office, residential, and renovation projects to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor the work progress of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all site activities comply with project requirements, safety regulations, company standards, and local authority requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, identify defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Coordinate with the Interior Designer, Project Manager, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues, design changes, and technical matters efficiently.
• Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and usage to ensure sufficient supplies and minimize wastage.
• Verify that construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, site documentation, and photographic records for project tracking.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays, proposing practical solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams as required.
• Coordinate testing, inspection, defect rectification, and final project handover to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, site cleanliness, and safe working conditions throughout the project duration.
• Assist in project planning, site measurements, quantity verification, and coordination before and during project execution.
• Identify project risks, site constraints, and technical issues while recommending effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management related to project execution and site supervision.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, renovation, interior fit-out, construction, or project coordination.
• Experience in commercial, retail, office, hospitality, spa, wellness, residential, or renovation projects is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, interior design drawings, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, interior fit-out processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, site coordination, and contractor management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is preferred.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
