RED TEAM is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage oil and gas projects involving plant change works, onshore steel structure fabrication, minor construction, maintenance works, and EPCC-related activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, coordination, planning, site management, progress monitoring, HSE compliance, QA/QC alignment, and ensuring works are completed in accordance with project specifications, procedures, schedule, and client requirements.

• Lead and manage project execution for plant change, modification, construction, maintenance, and steel structure fabrication works.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, resources, procurement, subcontractors, site activities, and project deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, progress measurement, project controls, reporting, and recovery plans where required.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, planning, HSE, QA/QC, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure all works are executed safely and in compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work requirements, site procedures, and applicable project standards.
• Align project execution with QA/QC requirements, including inspection, documentation, quality control, and handover requirements.
• Review and coordinate engineering, construction, HSE, planning, QA/QC documents, method statements, procedures, and project reports.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, cost, schedule, risks, changes, and site constraints.
• Attend project meetings, site visits, kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and coordination discussions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Support commissioning, handover, final documentation, and project close-out activities where required.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, construction, fabrication, maintenance, or plant change project environment.
• Strong experience in project execution, site coordination, project controls, cost monitoring, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Good understanding of HSE, QA/QC, permit-to-work, construction supervision, and project documentation requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Willing to work in Pengerang and Pasir Gudang.
