Sales & Application Engineer ( 1-year contract)

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor

Salary: RM2,100 – RM3,000 + Sales Commission

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Potential for permanent employment based on performance)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or any related engineering discipline.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in technical sales, engineering, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and willingness to learn technical products are also welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations and provide support in proposal and tender submissions.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
• Work closely with the Engineering, Proposal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and market developments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
