Job responsibilities

• Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries and issuance of purchase order.
• Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, price negotiation and delivery status.
• Coordinate with all related departments in order to achieve the plan target and schedule.
• To forecast, plan, execute monitor deliveries and control the purchasing activities and inventory level according to the company policy and procedure.
• Suppliers’ negotiation in services, performance, delivery, quality, payment term, and gain cost-effective in purchasing.
• To follow up on warranty replacement and arrange return faulty items to supplier.
• Shipment arrangement & liaise closely with forwarding agencies for all custom-related issues (Import & Export).
• Prepare reports related and presentation when required.
• Willing to learn and able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree / Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Purchasing field is required.
• Experience in shipping and logistics will be an added advantage.
• Language required: English & Mandarin (Able to communicate effectively with suppliers from China.)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Possess excellent communication skill.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
