About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible QC Process Technician to join our Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) team. This role is responsible for conducting in-process quality inspections, monitoring production activities, and ensuring all products meet our quality, food safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality inspections according to established specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, BRCGS, and company quality requirements.
• Conduct product sampling and record inspection results accurately.
• Verify production parameters and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Identify, report, and assist in investigating quality issues or non-conforming products.
• Coordinate with the Production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure quality records, inspection reports, and documentation are complete and up to date.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping practices within the production and inspection areas.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal, or food safety management systems is preferred.
• Good observation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on shifts when required.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking production personnel and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
