Our Recruitment Business Partner Trainee Program is designed for Final Year Students, Fresh Graduates, and Young Professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in the recruitment industry.

During this 3 to 6-month programme, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship while working alongside experienced recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Candidate Management

You will be involved in the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to supporting interview coordination and hiring follow-ups.

• Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, social media and recruitment channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview arrangements
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and support the overall hiring process

2. Client Engagement & Networking

You will gain exposure to how recruitment businesses work, including client communication, hiring needs and market networking.

• Support client engagement by understanding hiring requirements and talent needs
• Build market awareness through networking, outreach and relationship-building activities
• Learn how to position recruitment and talent solutions professionally to potential clients

3. Learning, Exposure & Professional Growth

You will receive guided learning and hands-on exposure to recruitment, employer branding and people consulting through real business projects.

• Participate in internal training, mentorship and development sessions
• Support employer branding, recruitment projects and talent-related initiatives
• Build practical business, communication and consulting skills through real client exposure

Who We Are Looking For?

• Final Year Students, Fresh Graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about people and building relationships

Basic Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM until 6 PM

Working Location: 47301, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya(walking distance from LRT Station)

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
